The following Patent forms have had small amendments carried out by the Intellectual property Office. We understand that new versions of these forms are for use from 1st June 2016.
The amended forms are:-
PF28 – Application by the proprietor of a patent for an entry to be made in the register that licences under the patent are available as of right (Patents Act 1977 (Rule 43))
PF30 - Application by proprietor of a patent to cancel an entry in the register that licences under the patent are available as of right (Patents Act 1977 (Rule 43))
Please use the new versions from 1 June 2016.
