Land Registry Online eAP1 – Changes to online documents received from Land Registry

The Land Registry have reduced the number of documents sent to confirm eAP1 applications. This change is designed to help customers process their work and save further time, by receiving fewer documents.

Users of our eAP1 form who complete eAP1 applications will now receive a single Register Completion Sheet. This will contain important information that used to be on the Title Information Document. The Title Information Document duplicated much of the information in the Register Completion Sheet and contained information that is no longer relevant.

Users of eAP1 need take no action as all the changes have been carried out automatically. Documents will be received by FormEvo as normal and can be found in the usual location within the eAP1 forms you have submitted.
