Following the introduction of The Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 2012, the Land Registry has carried out minor changes to the Land Charge “K” forms, namely K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, K8, K9, K11, K12, K13, K15, K19 and K20. All forms have been updated in FormEvo. The 2012 Land Charges (Amendment) Rules also revoke the form K14 – Declaration in support of an application for registration or rectification form, which has been removed from the FormEvo catalogue. Whilst the rules come into force on 17 December 2012, we understand that the Land Charges department will continue to accept older versions of these forms until 15th March 2013
