Court of Appeal form changes – October 2016

HM Court Service has amended a number of Court forms and leaflets to reflect the introduction of the Destinations of Appeals Order 2016 and the recent Civil Procedure Rules changes in respect of Appeals. 

The following forms and notes have been amended:-

• N161 – Appellant's notice (All appeals except small claims track appeals and appeals to the Family Division of the High Court)
• N161A - Guidance notes on completing form N161 - Appellant's notice (all appeals except small claims track appeals or appeals to the Family Division of the High Court)
• N162 - Respondent's notice (for all appeals except appeals to the Family Division of the High Court)

The new versions of forms N161, N161A and N162 are available in FormEvo now. 

HMCTS have advised us that these new October editions are for immediate use.
