HMRC has reached a decision to impose VAT on all elements of the CON29 from 1 January 2017. We understand that this applies to all the CON29 elements of a Local Authority search and not the LLC1 elements.
Not all Local Authorities have confirmed whether they are absorbing the cost of the VAT or simply adding VAT on to their current CON29 prices.
