Companies House and HM Revenue and Customs are working together to deliver a streamlined company registration service.
Once the new government incorporations gateway is built, www.FormEvo.co.uk will provide an eSubmission version of the current paper IN01 form for online incorporation of companies. This new online system will allow an agent to incorporate a company and register for one or all three taxes - Corporation Tax, PAYE and VAT. www.FormEvo.co.uk will be the only software that accommodates for all three CH eSubmission services: MR forms registering a charge, Company Secretarial and Company Incorporations.
Legislation requires that such a service is provided for use from May 2017. We will provide more details as we work with HMRC and Companies House throughout the early half of 2017.
www.FormEvo.co.uk already supports all paper Companies House forms and now offers alternatives to the paper range with support for eSubmission of the Mortgage form range MR01, MR02, MR04 and MR05 including Limited Liability Partnerships and the range of company secretarial forms including appointment forms AP01 and termination forms TM01.
