Commonhold form changes - 11 January 2016

Last November, the Land Registry announced that they will stop issuing warning of cancellation letters by post from 11th January to professional customers when they have not fully replied to a requisition within 15 days. Instead, Land Registry service users will be expected to register email addresses for correspondence and Land Registry will only distribute such letters by e-mail.

The Land Registry has amended the relevant Commonhold forms by adding a side note to the applicant details panel in the following forms:- CM1, CM2, CM3, CM4, CM5 and CM6

New versions of these Commonhold forms should be used from 11 January 2016.
