Children Act form changes – April 2017
HM Courts Service has amended a selection of Children Act forms as a result of changes introduced by the Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2017 which come into force on 6 April 2017.
The main change to these forms is to add provision to include the email address for the parties. Whilst carrying out these amendments we have added Form Bundling features to these forms and introduced new continuation sheets where appropriate.
New versions of these Children Act forms should be use from 6 April 2017
The amended forms are:-
- C63 – Application for declaration of parentage under section 55A of the Family Law Act 1986
- C63 - Continuation page - additional respondents
- C64 – Application for declaration of legitimacy or legitimation under section 56(1)(b) and (2) of the Family Law Act 1986
- C65 – Application for declaration as to adoption effected overseas under section 57 of the Family Law Act 1986
- C65 – Continuation page - additional respondents
Two new continuation forms listed above have been added and are free to use. Use these via our Forms Bundling functionality which saves Evo Forms as a bundle for easier access and storage.
