Patent forms update - September update
29th September 2014

The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) have carried out minor changes to forms following their decision to cease issuing paper copies of cited patent specifications and requirement for consent to share prepublication data.  Two forms have been amended and are available as new editions from today.  The forms are PF9A and PF10.  IPO have also carried out amendments to form PF17 and a new version of PF17 will be made available for use on 1st October.
