Starting on 11 January 2016 the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) Online Support team will be available on Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays).
The support team operates a telephone and email helpdesk which helps users of LAA online systems with technical enquiries about electronic working.
The LAA Online Support team’s responsibilities cover technical support over a wide field of digital applications.

The new operational hours will bring the LAA Online Support team into line with the customer support team, who they work with closely.
