Last November, the Land Registry announced that they will stop issuing warning of cancellation letters by post from 11th January to professional customers when they have not fully replied to a requisition within 15 days. Instead, Land Registry service users will be expected to register email addresses for correspondence and Land Registry will only distribute such letters by e-mail.
The Land Registry has amended all the relevant forms by adding a side note to the applicant details panel.
The amended forms are:- ADV1, ADV2, AN1, AP1, CCD, CCT, CH2, CH3, CN1, CT1, DB, DJP, DS2, DS2E, EX1, EX3, FR1, HR1, HR2, HR4, RX1, RX2, RX3, RX4, SC, SEV, UN1, UN2, UN3, UN4, UT1 and WCT
New versions of these Commonhold forms should be used from 11 January 2016.
