Inheritance Tax forms update - February 2016

The following Inheritance Tax forms have been amended by HM Revenue and Customs.  New editions of these forms are for use from 5 February 2016.

Majority of amendments are to the notes although some fields have been added and notes changed in preparation for HMRC Trust and Estates ceasing to use the DX service after 31 March 2016.

The amended forms are:-

IHT400, IHT402, IHT403, IHT404, IHT405, IHT406, IHT407, IHT408, IHT409, IHT410, IHT411, IHT421, IHT422 and IHT423.

These latest versions are available from our Inheritance Tax legal forms range. We have taken the opportunity to carry out minor improvements to these forms following customer comments.
