Changes in procedure
Most of our services will continue as normal. In response to questions raised by our customers as a result of COVID-19, we will continue to review our practice, policy and procedures regularly and as a response:
- we will extend all current cancellation dates until 1 June 2020 and will not be issuing any warnings of cancellation in the interim; and
- we will also aim to grant any request to either extend a notice period, or allow a further period for making an objection, for any reason related to COVID-19. There are some exceptions where we will not be able to grant an extension which can be found in our news story.
