HM Land Registry AP1 and FR1 – October 2017
30th October 2017

HM Land Registry have carried out a small change to the registration forms AP1 and FR1 by adding a side note to panel 4 of form AP1 and panel 5 of form FR1 to clarify that the order of applications must be made clear and it is the customer’s responsibility to specify which has priority.

Updated forms are for use from 30 October 2017 and are available now 

  • AP1 – Application to change the register
  • FR1 - Application for first registration
