Companies House have carried out amendments to their European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) forms following recent EEIG regulations which came into force on 1st October 2014. The following forms have been updated and are available as October editions. These new editions should be used immediately:-

 

EEAP01, EEAP02, EECH01, EECH02, EEFM01, EEFM02, EEMP01, EEMP02, EENM01, EENM02 and EETM01
