Companies House form amendments – July 2017

Companies House has carried out minor amendments to two forms to correct guidance notes regarding the register entry date.

  • PSC08 – Notification of PSC statements (Section 790VA and 790ZA of the Companies Act 2006)
  • LL PSC08 - Notification of PSC statements for a limited liability partnership (LLP) (Section 790M and 790ZA of the Companies Act 2006)

The amended editions are available now.

They have advised the further amendments are planned for the PSC range of forms later in the year.
