Companies House Fee changes – Pending

Companies House has announced that it is increasing its fees. 

The fees for the mortgage forms are planned to increase for registering a charge on the paper mortgage forms, from £13 to £23 and from £10 to £15 for registrations sent digitally via our FormEvo eSubmission service.

When the changes come into effect they will increase the fees for mortgage forms.

The mortgage forms affected are:-
MR01, MR02, MR03, MR08, MR09 and MR10 and Limited Liability Partnership forms LLMR01, LLMR02, LLMR03, LLMR08, LLMR09 and LLMR10
