Rothera Bray LLP is a multi-office East Midlands law firm with offices across Nottingham, Leicester and Derby. The firm provides a broad range of specialist legal services to both individuals and businesses across the region.
Following a period of growth and merger activity, Rothera Bray began an ambitious digital transformation project designed to support a more connected way of working across the business.
To minimise disruption and realise the benefits of the new legal technology ecosystem sooner, the implementation timeline was accelerated from nine months to six.

NetDocuments acts as the firm’s central document repository, Actionstep manages workflows, matters and case data, while FormEvo plays a key role in streamlining legal forms processes, reducing repetitive data entry and creating greater consistency across teams and offices.
To support adoption, Rothera Bray also introduced an IT Training Manager to help teams transition effectively and maximise value from the new systems.

Delivered in six months, the project demonstrates that forms are not a standalone tool. They deliver the greatest value when connected to the wider LegalTech stack, allowing data, documents and workflows to work together consistently across the firm.
